Two Year Anniversary Photo

Better late than never, right? I wish somebody could have shown me this photo two years ago today. I wouldn’t have had such a bad attitude about getting on the treadmill that day.

  2. Hello, I'm a stay at home mom of 3 little ones and I just found your blog. I love it! It's very inspiring. I desperately want to lose weight. It was never a struggle for me before I had my babies and I was always able to eat whatever I wanted and not suffer the consequences. Not so much now, especially since I am not as active. I weigh about 168 now and I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 132. Just having a hard time figuring out how to start and where or what to use. There seems to be so many programs and such out there it's overwhelming! Anyway, thank you for your blog and the posts!

  4. Yes, there are so many options out there. You just have to find the one that works for you and go for it. Here's a post I wrote quite some time ago about a few of the different programs: To that, I would now definitely add and I like for tracking how many miles I run each week (it's not just for running, though).
