I heard an idea from an IRL (in real life) friend this weekend that I really liked. It’s called the 30/40/50 challenge and it’s really simple.
For 30 days you do 30 pushups, 40 squats, and 50 sit-ups/crunches. That’s it. Every day for 30 days.

As I said, it’s simple. It doesn’t add a lot of time to your existing workout routine, but it’s a great discipline that I expect will yield great results at the end of the 30 days.
I’ve issued the challenge on my Facebook page, starting September 1, and I’d love for you to join us. I’m going to be posting a reminder/check-in post at least once a week on Facebook, so I’d encourage you to join us there if you haven’t already.
