Can you believe we're at the end of the Do or Do Not Challenge series? I can't believe sixteen weeks has gone by that quickly. Did you complete all of the challenges? What changes have you seen in your body? In your fitness level?
Are you ready for for your final challenge? Here you go!
1. Get outside! It’s so different walking, running, or biking outdoors rather than in. Actually having to propel your own body without the aid of a treadmill or the simulation of a stationary bike is so much more challenging, not to mention, generally speaking, a much greater calorie burn! In addition, the fresh air and sunshine is so good for your mental outlook. Don't take my word for it, though. If spring has sprung in your neck of the woods, take advantage of it!
2. Don't quit! Just because the challenge is over, doesn't mean our weight loss journey is. As I've said before, the only reason I've tried and failed to
lose weight before is, plain and simple, because I quit. As Jillian (The Biggest Loser) says, if you keep doing all the right things, your body has to respond. Sometimes it doesn't happen as quickly as we'd like, but if we keep working at it, it will happen. So although the blog challenge is over, your personal challenge goes on: Do or do not. There is no try!
