I’ll start. Despite running in my first 5K, I stayed the same this week. Exactly the same to the tenth of a pound. I’m totally going to blame it on female hormones. I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t lose, but maintaining is always better than gaining, so I’ll take it!
We got a spin bike this past weekend, so I’ll be adding that to my routine, along with more regular running. I’m working on getting to the point where I can run for 2 miles without stopping. My next 5K is going to be on March 31, unless something changes between now and then. Hopefully, the riding and running will keep my calorie burn ramped up so that I’ll have something more exciting to report next week than just maintaining.
